Julian Lambert, BA, PGCE, ATCL

After studying for a music degree (University of Liverpool), followed by a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (University of Cambridge), my first teaching post was in South-West France (though the photo above is from a visit to Honfleur), where I also directed choirs and was involved in managing and playing in a classical music festival.  With a diploma in piano performance from Trinity College London, since returning to the UK I have taught in a variety of schools, in Somerset & Kent. With over 30 years of experience, I currently teach piano across the school age range in Canterbury, and have pupils from the start to Grade 8. I live with my wife Kim, also a teacher, in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, we have three more or less grown-up children and a small but vociferous Yorkshire Terrier.
